Has anyone explored the concept of TSS in shot capsules for a revolver? I have tried the SPEER shot capsules in .38/357 and they work best (at least in my snubnose .38's) with smaller diameter shot sizes.. know it would be pricey, but wonder how the TSS 9 or 11 shot would fare?

Might be too much of a good ( better ) thing? Know #8 lead shot out of a .38 will wreck a snakes bitey end.....cheaper too.

TSS tends to score any other metal it contacts when fired. Don't do it.

Yes sir.... I understand how hard it is. If I were to pursue the concept, it would be via the SPEER shot capsules. The plastic capsule contains the shot, allowing it to be loaded & contained away from the rifling of the weapon used.

I was just curious if anyone had walked this road before me...figure someone here had already "been there, done that"

TSS also scores turkey heads when it contacts....lol

Well, if it goes wrong, your barrel is [bleep].

What gain justifies that risk.
