OP natman Campfire Regular Joined: Aug 2002 Posts: 2,583	The LA times waxes wroth about how awful it is for local authorities to not cooperate with state laws infringing on the Second Amendment: https://www.latimes.com/opinion/sto...uaries-richmond-charlottesville-militias But they're more than enthusiastic for local authorities to not cooperate with federal authorities about immigration laws: https://www.latimes.com/opinion/op-ed/la-oe-allen-sanctuary-cities-20150917-story.html So it's OK to not cooperate with officials higher up the hierarchy about laws you don't like, but it's not OK to not cooperate with officials higher up about laws that are unconstitutional.
