Looks like charges weren't filed and / or were dropped for some reason, but it sure sounds like our guy.

It's definitely our buddy. I ran with the article posted by @ukdude and found this piece of absolute legal comedy. He still has an ongoing case against LSU and the victims mentioned in the article above. There are some great lines in the court filings. He actually asked the defense team to join him in some unrelated lawsuits. The lawyers he was actively litigating against.

Out of stock, threats of lawsuits, etc. I did call my credit card and was able to get the charge back. Got another email, threatening more lawsuits. I don't plan on any more interactions with Mr. Eustice.

I also contacted Investigator Maxwell, whose info is on page 10 of this thread. He was great, and I plan on filing a complaint. I would strongly encourage everyone else to do the same. Cancel whatever cards you used. Review your statements.
