I've always liked corn cob forends on shotguns. I have a 90's production 20 gauge 870 Wingmaster and I can't seem to find a corn cob for it. I see them for the 12 gauge but not for the 20. Would anyone happen to know where I could find one?

Thanks Kid. That's what I'm running into. Anyone I find is a Standard weight and that wont fit my shotgun. Standard weight frames predated the lightweight frames. I think they where just 12 gauge frames used for the 20.

ahh gotcha. I learned about "special purpose" barrels, too. and I have to be careful getting things for a LW 20 ga mag 870. good luck hunting one up. I have model 17, wonder if that size would be a fit?

might be a little problematic, the 870 has the twin action bars, vs a single bar on the earlier models. but I do like those ribbed or as we call them corncob forends the way Remngton used to do them

I have a 16 gauge one I'd sell, but the rest of the gun goes with it.
