Put a set on an NXS 2.5-10 and they seem pretty loud when opening. Tried some felt but not as helpful as I'd hoped.
For the guys who use them, does that improve after some time or is that just how they are? For my hunting rifles I'm not sure I would stick with them unless there is another good solution.
Thx

Love mine. The most durable flip up scope lens covers I have ever used. I didn't ever think they were excessively noisy and the do get quieter with use.

Don't just flip them open, pinch and release slowly, keeping pressure on them..... Not as noisy thatta way....

The durability of Jon's lens covers is unmatched.

Agree. Durability wasn't a concern...

Anyone used both Aadamount and Tenebraex and have a strong preference for one or the other?

Anyone know if either of these companies will make custom covers for hunting scopes. I have a bunch of scope not listed on their website.

Aadamounts are bombproof. You usually gotta spent some time sorting through their list of offerings if you're trying to fit a non-tactical scope, though.
