Bought two years ago as a 257 Weatherby. Had Omega Precision install Bartlein #3 and chamber to 7 STW. Has Micro Bastard brake. No recoil at all. Rifle weighs 7.5 pounds now. Has Trigger Tech set at just under two pounds. Barrel was installed this September and is barely broke in. Only load I played with was 139 LRX and it shot under half inch at 200 yds off a bag. Yep. Omega fit the barrel to the stock. Don’t have original barrel anymore. Forgot to put that rifle comes in original box. I am open to offers. I’d like to get this sold. Someone is going to get one hell of a deal. Rifle was $2800 and upgrade was another $1000. Rifle was bought brand new and used last year and this year. I’m just selling it like it’s a normal Backcountry at a good used price.
Well that’s was certainly a great deal. I just couldn’t justify a 4th stw. I took yours moose hunting this year but wound up killing with my 350 rem mag.
