He bailed on the New Hampshire primary, supposedly to campaign elsewhere, but he's pretty much toast. Old Quid Pro Joe couldn't win a butt-kicking contest with a blind, drunk, one-legged man. Fauxcahontas is probably going to be the next one to go down in flames, and before it's all over the contest will be between a fudge packer and a midget with a Mississippi river barge loaded with money!

Man should retreat from public life. It's obvious he suffers from dementia. He should act like Regan and stay at home before he embarrasses himself more.

If he is prosecuted and convicted, he should still be jailed. They jailed Bill Cosby, and he is not all there also, so Joe should suffer the same.

The man is obviously suffers from mental issues associated with age/dementia, etc. And on top of that, the lyin DFPS video has him sounding like he has a very bad cold, nearly a death rattle in his voice.
Considering the resources these types have, it's no telling just how sick he is & what the hell his medical team has him propped up with. Thinking this was partly the cause for his jabbering.

He probably needs to make an appointment pretty soon with the same taxidermist that keeps RBG going.
