Bit of a setback with the Achilles (sore last couple days, dunno what I did) but just finished a pre Super Bowl 6.4 mile hike anyway. Achilles didn't keep you from being a douche over on the Limbaugh thread............. You really are the lowest form of life on this planet! Amen... His year long Achilles soreness is funny. My wife would run circles around him.... It's hilariously funny watching guys on his safe space thread tiptoe around his stupid ailment updates cause they don't want to say what they're thinking.... Bong boy knows his safe space has been breached....

Three hours of atv plowing, snowblower action and snow shoveling for a six inch blast overnight. Hopefully no wind for a repeat.

Did a short (50 minutes) but aerobically intense MTB ride on the logging roads with my buddy. That 29'er is a trip. Still getting used to it.

Isn't "aerobically intense" an oxymoron?

Isn't "aerobically intense" an oxymoron? Much like your glute intervals. Squat, run, hide. Deadlift, run, hide. Wallballs, run, hide. You can hit an intensely aerobic 10 on the scale quickly.

I always thought "aerobic" meant exercising at a pace where you only use your aerobic system, and not pushing it to the point where you go anaerobic.
So by definition, "aerobic" would mean "not intense."

And correct you are....good catch....
However, if he was at 0 on the RPE-rated perceived exertion-scale, it could be thought of as exercising intensely aerobic.

Well Hallelujah- I'm among the living again! Whatever I had, it wasn't a cold- fever, big time chest congestion, achy joints, etc- seems like weeks, but I guess only four days 4 miles on the trails with Tiny E at a relaxed pace, I think he easily covered 8 miles!

Glad you're back with the living. You think it was flu? Thanks! Pretty sure; my wife works at an elementary school and they've had rampant Influenza B going around- one day they had 58 kids out sick. She got it about a week earlier and then I got it- the benefits of working at a school.
