Missed it by that much...

Gonna be a beautiful day in Utah. It's 30 and partly cloudy, no wind, will warm to mid/upper 40s today through Saturday.

First cup down, looking forward to eggs and bacon, the newspaper, and a light day of chores.

Beautiful here also. 30, clear, calm, warming to 55. Great day for quail hunting.

Your Dad and I share the same birthday - wish him a happy birthday for me. By the way - he's in good company as it's General Chuck Yeager's b-day today also...

Went to the H.E.B. at 6a.m. Got the old lady's dozen yellow
roses stashed out in the shed.

Woke up numerous times, kept saying "T'ell wid it!" and rolling over and going back to sleep. Finally got up at the unforgivably sinful time of 8:40. Had flash-freezing overnight as the bottom fell out of the thermometer. Going to just sit around the house, read, listen to the wife complain about being cold, and make a pot of what I term chili.

Car said -5 degrees this morning on the way in, that's without the windchill. It is nice and sunny though. 🙂

They do, but they are almost half the size they were 10 years ago. Not enough to line the bottom of a birdcage.

RockyRaab: 18 degrees here in blazing sunshine (Dillon, Montana) heading for a high of 36 with very little wind (I may go to the range later if it stays calm - I am two Rifles "behind")!
And there will be a nifty gunshow for me to attend tomorrow - so life is peachy keen hereabouts.

Blue skies and a bit cooler today at 56. I had a plate of chilaquiles and ice tea for breakfast. Supposed to hit mid-70’s for the weekend. Sitting in a shop awaiting an oil change and brake flush.
