Perhaps diversifying isn't a bad strategy for them. They lost the SVPS scope contract that went to SIG. Former Leupold employees are in charge at SIG now. I admit that I wish they would focus their efforts on rugged scopes, but I also realize that they are trying to be a sports optic/outdoor company and not just a specialized scope company like Nightforce.
