I have a 20 guage sxp long beard and I want to shoot TSS but ive got a extra full choke made for Winchesters turkey load. does anyone know what choke I would need,would it be improved or what dont want to blow chokeof the gun just started using TSS and hvent shot any yet.

Try and see how it shoots. i shot several premium chokes till I settled on 555 Indian Creek for my 20 gauge. It put up best numbers for my gun. You can go to Tungsten Super Shot web site and see different patterns and choke results Hawglips post for 20 gauges.

My .555 IC is TIGHT. I would consider the .562. All depends how comfortable you are with your shooting. IMO a red dot is a must...

PLUS 1 on red dot. Running Burris fastfire 3 moa on mine.

I run mostly Indian creek chokes, 555,560,562 in different guns
I do like a hot core so like stated above I use dots or optics on most.
I have had real good luck with the promos jelly heads for a more open hunting pattern. 300ish in the 10 on most.
