Can't even get 2 laps in w/o a crash.......................this is not racing. Saturday night demolition derby.
MM As long as they are in cars that you can shove each other around with impunity that is what you'll get. Put the wheels outboard where such tshcidt will get you, yourself, upside down and cartwheeling and they won't be so quick to hit people.

So your teammate is several seconds down from first and you have no chance to win, create a yellow flag and your teammate in on first places bumper at the restart.
The incentive to cheap is astounding and if I could know the truth would bet it happens fairly often

NASCAR's killing itself with these stupid rules...... - restricter plates, 'segment' races, buddy-pushing etc... It's now just a show - not racing like it used to be (and should be).. JMHO..

I hope Newman is OK..............almost the exact type of wall hit that killed Dale Sr. Ugly.
MM It's been 19 yrs since Dale's horrific crash but I do remember He refused to wear some of the Safety Equipment that might have saved his life. ? I think he wore an Open Face helmet ? I'm sure he would not wear the restraint harness. I remember vividly seeing his wreck and thinking.... that's not bad enuff to kill him ! WRONG.

Newman is in serious condition, but not life threatening. That’s all I’ve heard.
