Real world actual weight that you know for a fact. lbs and oz........

The same rifle in different caliber/cartridge will NOT weigh the same.

I have a 6mm Rem, 270 Win, & 30-06 all in Rem Model Sixes.

The chamber length & dia makes a difference. More or Less metal.
The bore size makes a difference. More or Less metal.

The 6mm Rem is noticeably heavier.
The 30-06 is noticeably lighter.

The 270 is mid weight.

All Tikkas in DIFFERENT calibers will not weigh the same. I have 2.

Yep, Jerry's right you cant nail down the exact weight unless you know what the rifle is chambered for....Hb

Yup agree. All the Tikka's I've owned have used the same barrel contour. My 24" 300 win mag superlite was 5 lb 15oz, quite a bit lighter than my 6.5 Creed lite with the same barrel length.

but likely .308 or 6.5 Creedmore.

Not to mention the difference in scopes and other small factors.

For comparison, my t3 superlite 260 weighs 7.48lbs bedded in a B&C with aluminum bottom metal/shroud, Warne rings and a 3-9x40 Meopro. It weighed 6.49lbs from the factory with the wood stock. It looks like the lite model you want starts at a similar weight. I know allot of folks like to set them up lighter but even mine is noticeably lighter than the average sporter weight rifle. No complaints in the accuracy department

For sure. I went from shooting 165’s to 130’s to cut down on weight. 😆

My SS T3x 30-06 weighs 6 lb 2ounces 1 1/2 ounces more then my 270WSM Montana.

The weight of the 16 bore must have damn near killed ya,

I see .260 listed on the Tikka website for leftys, but dang if i see one anywhere on the web market.

ps: You said 6.5 Creed or 308............ > 308 ....'should' weigh less .

Talk about splitting some hairs! I’m still a bigger fan of the OG T3 over Superlite’s and T3x’s.

I don't have the weight of mine handy with the current scope, but my .308 SL in B&C stock with Talley lightweights and a Minox ZA5 1.5-8X32 weighed 7lbs. 3oz. It now wears a Meopro 3.5-10X44.
