My mama taught me to drink coffee. She said "Never pollute good coffee." I drink good coffee. Now before you get to thinkin' I'm one of them Moonbeam Starbucks guys, well I like Starbucs alright, but Folgers and Maxwell House makes good coffee too. I also drink a lot of Community Coffee made right there in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Now just because it's made in Louisiana doesn't mean it's got chickory in it. Chicory Coffee is a New Orleans thing and generally dark roasted. Cajun Coffee is just dark roasted. Community Dark Roast is my go to coffee. I buy it here at HEB and that's what we drink 95% of the time. But I buy coffee from my gun store and it's blended in Central and South America. He calls it Smokin' Gun Coffee and its fantastic. Another one I love is Star Bucks Sumatra. I've also drunk Black Rifle Coffee's and Operator Coffee's. All good. But my coffee is usuallly drunk black.

Columbian, extra strong. I can drink it black if I have to, but normally douse it with french vanilla or hazelnut creamer.

Just a little full cream milk , enough to change the color.

Espresso jammed as full as possible into a proper sized cup with a small dollop of half and half.

The 2 most common comments out of 1st time Aussie visitors coming to the US is;
1. Where do you get a decent cup of coffee? and
2. What have they got against the news here?

Said it, heard it, lived it, got over it. For me, only an espresso machine has any hope of resembling coffee with any flavored additive the equal of adding puss.

Black except for "vacation coffee" which has a healthy dose of Rum Chata. Funny thing I seem to go on vacation every Saturday too...

Don't drink coffee, prefer tea. In the morning, just a teaspoon of honey.

If you need to get warmed up after coming in from the cold, a dollop of brandy in the tea works wonders.

Half inch of heavy cream, no sugar. I’ve been shocked for years that more folks don’t use cream. It’s way better than half and half.

In my coffee, some half and half.

I used to make a little cocktail 50:50 Baileys: Jack Daniels.

I called it colostrum. wink
