4oz whipping cream and a tbsp of sugar, whipped up with a whisk. Add 1/2 oz Jamesons. whisk away

Pinch or so of brown sugar, 1 oz Jamesons in coffee cup, fill up to 3/4 inch or so with coffee. Top off with the whipped cream.

First time I tried it was on my day off and had to plow snow. Figured I'd start the day out right. Have had it several times since.

I prefer Wild Turkey generally to mix and drink, but had gotten a bottle of Jameson's for Christmas so figured I'd try it. After having made it with both the Jameson's is way better.

Kinda like “Tennessee Mud”.

Shot of Jack
Shot of Amaretto
Fill mug w strong black coffee
Top w whippy cream

Great on a cold snowy afternoon!

It is a lot of fiddle phgking around. But when you jump on the tractor toe plow and feel happier than normal, then go back later and realize you killed half a bottle it makes sense!

I tend to pour with a heavy hand, so the proportions might not be quite right smile

I have a pot a day, & I PISS.

Put In Some Sugar.

I've caught hell for this but that's what I like, & I cook good coffee.

Baileys is a treat, too good, too expensive for every day. But damn good stuff.

my practice is to find coffee that i really like, then brew on the strong, or too-strong, side...then dilute it with whole milk...the flavor is delicious

Irish Coffee. The perfect food because it contains all four basic food groups - alcohol, caffeine, sugar and fat.

Fresh ground organic beans, Cowboy Coffee…with a splash of fried bacon, eggs from the Cast Iron skillet, and buttered toast.

True story:

Gave my friends dad (80’s y/o), this past hunting season, a cup of my fresh brewed Cowboy Coffee.

His response: That’s bad.

Me: It’s not good?

Him: Nooooo…..that’s good.

Me: Oh, you meant it was bad…azz?

Him: Yeah.

He’s a good Christian man, and was trying not to cuss…LOL. His son, and I, busted out laughing…

Cowboy coffee provides a smooth, rich, acid free cup of coffee. Some of the nuances are missing that pour-over provides, but it’s still my favorite method of brewing black coffee.

Irish coffee is good but I leave out the sugar, I like strong black coffee, I really like bailey's. But only if there is about 1 third bailey's in the cup. Other wise strong and black.
