I’d try the 7828 as mentioned....
IIRC (have to look back in old notes) I used it with good luck in a couple 25-06 AIs and a vanilla with 115 Bergers and 120 Partitions.

in my 25 Creedmoor with 131 gr. Black Jack bullets Reloader 26 seems consistent for me so far.
