As always Fats takes the cake👍I had a couple of chicken nuggets my little monster didn't eat and coffee. Zero complaints because mama is making her kick butt signature lasagna tomorrow 😊

Last night was chicken and white bean soup, cheddar biscuits, and a homemade chocolate mousse for dessert. Not much talking and a lot eating, peaceful happy diners.

Twisted my knee a couple days ago, don't care to be standing on it in the kitchen tonight.

Stopped by the local Casey's and got a club sub. My goodness, did they ever pile on the meat and toppings!

Figured I would eat half and take the rest for lunch at work tomorrow. I may get 3 meals out of that bad boy!

I am about to put together a stuffed cabbage roll casserole. Layered like lasagna. We shall see.

Tonight is an old deep south classic. Pork neck bones and rice. Maybe fried squash as a side.

The wife cooked tonight. Chicken breasts stuffed with fresh spinach wrapped in bacon with a mushroom cream sauce. This stuff is wonderful with the garlic, parmesan, white wine, hint of nutmeg and the sprouts topped it off.
