Tahr are from the central,Asia originally and now only hunted in New Zealand. Never found in Africa...

I sold all of my mounts to a company that decorated restaurants, bars, etc. you might try to locate someone like that. My Blackbuck and a red fox ended up in a dancehall wifey and I frequent.
