Might try around Bristol or Radford some of those places in western VA are behind the times from lack of civilization

It's 3 hrs from Radford... I need a GC for a build out for me, that I would oversee mostly by phone/email with a bit monthly progress visit. Light commercial/retail.

Its just west of Big Stone Gap... its in Lee Co Va.. the western most county in Va, nestled right up with KY to the North, and TN to the south...WIKI said it was the largest town in Lee Co... with less than 1800 people...
