The message then goes on to say to drink lots of water, in order to wash the virus into your stomach. Only water in your esophagus won't clean out the trachea. I'm not that dumb that even I know that. I do admit to having to look at the invalidity of the "breath hold" test.
Anyway, the ex passed it along to me. Attributed to "a friend of a friend at the CDC". Other messages around the webz are attributing it to a source at Stanford.
