How does a regular person get to read what is in it?
I hope that this is not one of her "got to pass it before you can find out what's in it "Bills.
And i wonder what other spending they put in there besides spending for the flu.

After alla the hysteria dies down, there will be a "recovery spending bill" ta bribe alla the connected businesses that lost money because of the .gov reaction to the hysteria.

That's going to pass next week. And the Fed will provide a few trillion in liquidity to the financial systems. OH, You mean the SECOND big bail out bill...... Yea, that one will be about a trillion dollars.
