Do not know Doug an up until yesterday never did business with CameraLand . I purchased an inexpensive scope from him via online market after surfing around for prices. His was by far the best price though I fretted over shipping dates. Within a couple hours my mind was put at ease by a generated email stating scope was shipped with tracking information attached.
A smooth transaction in times where many others are not so.

Pre September 2019, if you have a receipt from an authorized dealer, it is a lifetime no fault warranty
After September 9th (I think it's the 9th) there's a 7 year warranty, parts and labor. Again, if you have the original receipt from an authorized dealer.
If you do not have a receipt then you also don't have a warranty.
If they cannot repair it they will issue a voucher good towards a current Nikon product for whatever value they deem correct for the item in question.
