Planning on picking up a set of range finding binos soon. Debating between the SIG Kilo 3000, the Vortex Fury, and the Nikon Laserforce. Leaning toward the SIG Kilos. All are priced about the same, and have the same magnification (enough for the areas I hunt). Anyone have any first hand positives or negatives about any of these 3? Ability to mount any of them to a tripod for glassing?

Thanks.

Sig for the win if you're interested in the ability to connect to a kestrel. I got to use the Sig and the Vortex back to back at a multi day match. I call them equal. I went with the Sig for the connection to the Kestrel.

Sig, Fury 5000, Nikon Laserforce are all the same thing, made in china, decent glass, different RF specs. My Sig's reticle (circle) and actual laser point of aim were nowhere close to matching up so I sent them back. Chinese quality control would be my guess.

It is irrelevant what you think. What matters is the TRUTH.
