Fug is probably the resident expert, or one of them. I think quite a few folks have 1 or a few.

Those are Fug's. He's around quite a bit, just doesn't post much.

Not many folks post about them, or ask questions. If you have any, post pics and ask questions. It's the best way to generate interest.

When ever someone mentions a 219, I have to post this one. If anyone ever sees it up for sale, anything in my collection is up for grabs.

I've got one that fits five different barrels.

12-16-20-410 & 30-30. One forearm fits all but the 12. A separate one for that. Fun set up

I have a .25-20 which someone rebored/chambered from a .22 Hornet. A fun shootin' l'il rascal if ever there was one.

Yep, damn near a full set, 410, 28, 20, 16 ga, 30-30, 22 Hornet and 25-20.

Missing a 12 ga which shouldn't be hard and a 32-20.

I still have a First Model Utica 219 Hornet with factory scope D&T that I "fitted" a 220 .410 barrel (full disclosure--the .410 barrel dropped right on to the rifle action). Found the 219 in Maine about 1978 and somebody had taken very good care of it. NOT for sale, although I've had, and sold, a bunch of these neat little guys

These rifles are way nicer than the recent crop of hardware store quality break-open single shots. Not up to European quality in that regard though. Handle a German kiplauf and compare to a 219.

That said, I've always had a soft spot for 219's. They ought to bring it back, chambered for stuff like .223, .357 Max, .22HP(😁), and .17HMR. I'd buy one, and the rest of the barrels to go with it. Hold the shotgun barrels please.

I was thinking the same when i saw they came in 22 hornet ,,,,,22 HP would be sweet in one of these ....But ya gotta have a 410 in one ,...........Have you been to many auctions lately ? a double 410 ,sxs or o/u ....rem 11-48 are bringing good money
Think he takes those down couple times a year and makes sure they aint rustin' Oils them down ...That photo is killing me ....EG and the 219s 220s and the others ...................Looks like my dads hardware store back in the storage room .....
