I absolutely love mine. Glass is good, turrets seem to track well. At one power with the illumination on it's a pretty decent red dot. At 8X, it's obviously good to quite extended ranges depending on the size of the target. I was out with it last weekend plinking a 9" gong at 500 with ease.
It's light and compact. Surprisingly so. The two nits I need to pick are:
1. The center dot is 1 MOA. I wish it were smaller. For my intended purposes it's fine, but if you need more aiming precision it's something to consider. 2. Clicks are 0.2 milrad. Not a show stopper for me, but I generally like to have a more refined zero. Again, fine for my purposes but maybe not for yours.
It lives on my "socially serious" rifle. With it I can engage targets in a darkened room or out to the effective range of the round. Some time ago I set up a full sized steel silhouette target at 750. Hit's were stupidly easy.
As finances permit, I'll have another one or two.

As finances permit, I'll have another one or two. I'm running the MOA version of the 1-8 that Tim_K mentioned. My thoughts are the same. It's 1/2" adjustments and I'd prefer 1/4" but can live with it because of all the good points. I do wish on lowest settings the reticle extended to the outer edges and above 6x the optics fall off a little but that's to be expected with the small exit pupil. All the strong points outweight those things. At one point I thought the adjustments were becoming unreliable.....until I tightened the cantilever base. I'd like a few more of them for AR's and a .375.

I have the NX8 1x8 MOA version. It tracks well and the glass is clear. The eye box could be better but after all it is a compact at 17oz. It’s not in the same league as my ATACR 1x8. I mounted the NX8 1x8 on a Tikka T3x Arctic and I feel it’s the perfect optic for short and midrange hunting and plinking

That’s the scope I’m pondering too. What are you putting it on?

Fotis,
That seems like a SERIOUS elk-killer. Cool stick bud.

I have one on my Piercision 30-28 Nosler and I'm pretty pleased with it. I've found nothing not to like about it so far. Always been a Zeiss slut, and still am, but the NF is a little better.

Is the scope’s eye relief enough for that beast of a rifle?

Yes. The rifle kicks like a 30-06 with the Bee brake. Works great
