165-168gr bullets is all I ever shot in mine and the killed very well.

Mine loves 185 gr Berger VLD Hunting bullets. I know It is over kill for antelope, but it groups them sub .5 MOA. And it works great on Deer and Elk.

I do not reload my 300 WSM ammo. I order all my ammo from Copper Creek cartridge Co. coppercreekammo.com I shoot 6.5 Creedmoore, 260 Rem, 7mm 08, 280 AI, and 300 WSM. All ammo from Copper Creek. They load excellent ammo. It shoots .5 MOA or better in all the rifles I shoot.

I'm interested in this as well. I have a Tikka T3 in .300 WSM and it does not like 180 Gr. Accubonds, which is all I've shot through it to date. Now my Rem 700 .300WSM, it shoots the Accubonds good, but the 190 LR Accubonds, forget it.

I have a real nice Tikka T3 300WSM as well. I figured the 175 LRX would be just about perfect, but my rifle just doesnt like them. The best i could muster was 1" 3 shot groups. Not great, i may try the regular ol 165gr TSX. That bullet shoots great in a buddies 300WSM.
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

I shot Barnes, Nosler, Hornady, and sierra bullets from 165gr - 185gr. they averaged from 1.25" to .75" 3 shot groups @ 100yds. When I shot the 185gr Berger VLD Hunting bullets she tighened right up to just under .5" @ 100yds and shoots that consistently each range session. you just have to experiment with different bullets to find out what she likes best. one will shoot better than the rest. I have other rifles that do not shoot Bergers good at all. but love hornady ELD-X's. My 260 likes 142gr Sierra match kings better than anything else. It might take a little time to find out what your barrel will shoot best, but when you do it is worth it. JMO.
