Not even close, my friend. But thank you. I have lots and lots of holes to fill in and life is winding down. just need a little charge every now and again. Times being what they are this did the trick.

Hope you have better luck than I’ve been getting. I bought a Low Wall off GB at the beginning of the month and due to the rash of craziness going on in local gun shops my FFF has not had the chance to get to it. At the rate it’s going I may never see the dang thing!

That combination makes more sense to me than a .222 over 20.

It makes more sense to me as well if you need a 50 yard gun. I wouldn't be shooting at anything at 100 yards with that gun though.

It's definitely an interesting combo. I'd feel better about shooting at a deer 50 yards away with a 357 mag than a 22 LR or Win Mag though.

I had one once that was 22 mag over 20, that was an awesome combo. No problem for head shots on ground hogs at 100 yards. That thing was deadly accurate for a cheap rifle with a terrible trigger. I think I paid $135 for it.

I used a 357/20 gauge when I lived in Alaska for hunting snowshoe hares and ptarmigan. Ate a lot of them! I can tell you the 357 was a rabbit killer at 175 yards.

Yeah stop. I may have been born in the morning, but I wasn't born THIS morning.

It is a GREAT combination, and the price was MORE than fare. RAS has added more information about the terms and makes it more sweet that I swallowed hard and bought it. It is the ONLY one I have and am now going to actively search one out in equal condition in .357 Max/20ga to go with it.

Did Savage do a 357 maximum over 20 gauge also? I have never seen one but heard they had.

Rabbits at 175 yards with a Savage O/U? Hmmm..... smile

Shades of Elmer Keith and 600 yard deer killing with a pistola. grin

Of course, I have seen Roy shoot. I recollect a target he shot the center out of once..... cool
