I have a 620 in .177 but I can't picture the 622 in my head.

I like the 620 a lot, except for the heavy trigger. Mine is accurate, I'm guessing the 622 is also.

BTW, I think the .22 version of mine is actually the 618, not the 622.

It has a plain stock with a finger groove and serrations cut into the butt stock.

I may be wrong (OK, easily be wrong...) But it may be that the 622 is the .22 version of the 620.
I'd say mine is a medium sized gun - on the small size for an adult gun but basically adult sized. Somewhat bigger than a youth sized gun. The 618s are youth sized I believe.

triple deuce;
Good evening to you sir, I hope the Easter Weekend was a good one for you and yours and this finds you all well.

Back in the late '60's and early '70's the Slavia was the most common pellet rifle in my part of the world - Saskatchewan and if one had say a Weihrauch then it was considered much upscale.

For a wee bit in the late '70's there were some Russian ones too, but they were not as well thought of as the Slavia.

As far as I've been able to ascertain, Slavia was the pellet gun line made by CZ Brno - so while they were plain they were usually very robust, well made and reasonably accurate.

When I was a kid, I had one of the smaller ones which was perhaps a 618 - when I see them on youtube videos they look about the right size.

I've currently got a 620 made in '71 - there's a date stamped into the barrel on the left at the breach usually. While I've not chronographed it - just haven't and can't think of a good reason why actually - I'm going to suggest the 620 was under 500fps as that was the threshold between "air guns" and firearms here in Canada for awhile.

For what they were, they were pretty good if that makes sense and my '71 still works well enough that it's hated by the local starlings.

Hopefully that was useful information for you or someone out there sir.

All the best to you and stay well.

Dwayne

Also try

www.vzduchovka.cz

They have pics and specs for many Slavia guns and that should help you compare them
