Sometimes I prefer the plainer walnut to exhibition. That is a lovely blank with nice mineral streaking.

Got the following note today from the builder. Very pleased with the weight as well. Didn't state the load.

LOL ......... The Rigby forend is squared off where the stock meets the bbl. as well. In keeping with the original, I think I will leave it as is.

The rounded look you like is more "American" than this.
