It looks like this thread turned around. I wrote a post responding to the first page and a half earlier this afternoon and got distracted before sending it.
Anyway, I'm glad this no longer reads like a bicurious chat room buried in the Vermont Amateur Maple Syrup Boiler's Association web-forum.
Keep up the good work.

Makita ? *** You are ignoring this user *** Toggle the display of this post Yes Makita chain saws are some of the best made today check them out. Stihl and Husky do not hold up I have run both into the trash 5times over Makita pro grade are not the very best made but darn near are for under $1000 they can't be beat.

Trumper I am myself pretty new to posting on this site but never went through this BS from some of the members here that you are going thru. One thing you'll need here is a thick skin to abide some of them. But there are many good guys on the Campfire also whom have much more knowledge on some subjects concerning the outdoors and shooting than I. I suggest you ignore those few whom have less than welcomed you then sit back and watch the 'fire's flames with a good single malt.

I've found that true of Makita power tools across the board. Whenever I need a new power tool I always look at Makita first, Milwaukee second, and Dewalt last. So far I've only had to slum one Dewalt.

I just lost my quilt, I'm chilly now. WTH? Either a hacker got in and stole them, Or Rick got tired of some folks complaining If the latter is the case, I hope we get a nice flower. I'll take a Dandelion, to honor our growing pup Dandee Geno Rick donated our quilts to the homeless. We are very giving here.
