I knew it would come to a point where someone I personally knew got it... Today I got a call about 2 of my old co-workers (I retired 7 months ago), one is in really bad shape (hospitalized), the other died from it...
[bleep].. I didn’t know either one of them well all that much , but damn - these are younger guys too.
Prayers for everyone at this point. Be safe folks.

Had an employee get sent home sick 18 days ago. When tested the next day, it came up positive. Exposed 40+ people to it. None of them or their families have been symptomatic, but given historical corona virus infectivity, I'm sure many got it.
Most are asymptomatic. The numbers are lies, we got tens of millions with it throughout the country, they just don't know it.

The bubble has been pierced here. Friend of the family (locally) passed this week due to Covid-19 complications.

Heard yesterday that a long time customer "57yrs old" passed away with it. He was the owner of a large size precision sheet metal company. I understand 4 employees tested positive. That is all I know at this time.

I've been doing some appraisal work for a local company and my contact guy quit answering emails about 10-12 days ago. Turns out he's on a vent. 79 years old. Praying for the fella and hope to get an update sometime soon.

My county is at 377 cases.
Don’t know of anyone personally though. Hope it stays that way.

Without thorough testing we will never know. I'm assuming everyone will get it and hardly any will know. For most of us, there are worse viruses to be concerned about.

A neighbor the folks know have lost two parents to it, one in Montana and the other in Minnesota. Were they old already, yes, but, they absolutely died from Co19.

My wife's brother, his wife, and son got it. Son was in Spain as a student, came home when Trump closed off Europe to traffic. He had a sore throat and dry cough. Had him tested and he had it. He in turn gave it to his dad (my wife's brother). He had it real bad, got pneumonia. Son got better, like the flu to him. My wifes SIL is asymptomatic and never got it.
