I bought a pork roast today, what do you think about that with Yorkshire pudding, and the pork gravy?

How would you?

I'd go for it!
One other thing that also goes really well with a pork roast is cranberry sauce (just like turkey). I am betting stuffing would also go really well, just have not tried that, yet!

I've enjoyed the roast with slivers of garlic pressed in the pork. The Good Lord willing, I'll strive to do the dish.

I always go with my standard apples and onions to go with pork. Peel and slice apples, slice onions, fry in lots of butter, throw brown sugar in after awhile.

Never made Yorkshire pudding, but liked it when I have had it.

I was working all morning, believe it, or NOT! Disking for oats. My dear wife did the roast this noon. As great a cook as she is, she mostly sticks to the basic, learned from mother foods.

Perhaps on the rerun meal.

John, we shall need weeks upon weeks of a fishing trip to explore all the culinary delights to share with each other.

A good pork roast should provide enough drippings for a good yorkshire pudding. I've always done it with beef drippings, but don't know why pork wouldn't be great.
