This is a very interesting documentary about the great Jeep vehicle. How it came to be, its use in WW II, and afterward.
I owned a Willys 1946 CJ2A for 30 years, sold it when we moved to Idaho, and although I can't hunt anymore, have fond memories of all the "hard trails" I drove it over. Got me into some places I probably shouldn't have gone, but it always got me out.
"Always go straight forward, and if you meet the devil, cut him in two and go between the pieces." (William Sturgis, clipper ship captain, 1830s.)
Wish you could still buy a basic, stripped down model, like the old military surplus ones that were popular for farm use around here back in the 60's. Never seen one in person, but I'm told the Roxor comes close, but that's a whole lot of money for something that's not street legal.
