What is barbequed ham?

Tabasco is fine, but I like a number of other sauces better. Frank's and Texas Pete are my everyday stuff.

Being out of hot sauce would constitute an emergency for me. Turn on the flashing lights!

I am sure that there are numerous regional hot sauces that are far superior to anything so widely available as Tabasco.

You should all see the hot hot hot stuff in both Fairway, and Storm Lake Walmart. The Hispanics like it hot.

Richard - should someone from fifty years ago suddenly rematerialize (new word?), I don't think that they would find anything more surprising than present-day SL.

Correct John, it's the meat packing. I wondered what "Mrs Lynn's little boy Andy" would think when IBP brought the first busload of strike breakers into town.

Little did any of us know back then. One, on one, I don't mind a different race than mine.

I go through quite a bit of Franks and Louisiana hot sauce but I'm liking the looks of some of the ones mentioned in this thread.

Why the heck not, you brought it up, right?

You probably don't sing it as nicely as the Shriners

Fats,

they probably never met a "Hispanic" that didn't like spicy food.

I hear there's even a couple out there that don't like ............beans!

Since you brought up the Shriners, one of the most hilarious things that I have ever seen was a group of them performing synchronized maneuvers with 8-wheeled ATVs at the Spencer Fair. There was just something about the precision turns that broke me up. The concentration and seriousness of expression on the part of the drivers could only be matched by a bell choir of elderly women or someone driving a zero-turn mower.
