The large inner city communities are getting slammed. More cases= more serious cases. More serious cases= more potential fatal cases. There was a doctor just yesterday saying how the worst cases are the diabetic or pre-diabetic with BMI numbers over a certain value. That alone doesn't bring good news for the black community. Not much explanation needed there.
