Whichever store is running a sale. Most are pretty comparable as long as one is comparing to the same models as there are only a handful of manufacturers that produce to the various names. Check shipping and handling charges too as they can vary significantly too.
The best place to buy such a pistol is a pawn or gun shop if you can find one that buys such pistols. These pistols move poorly on the open market so little is paid for them and selling prices are correspondingly low. These reasons are why few shops take them in making it difficult to find these pistols used. I was able to pick up an 1860 made by Pietta for $40 from a pawn shop but the owner knew I was looking for one and bought it for that reason.
