Just watched 1917. Pretty intense flick, keeps you on the edge of your seat. Definitely recommend it.
Puts this COVID-19 thing into major perspective. Shows what our forefathers went through during wartime. We'll beat this virus thing,. I'm saving that one for a little deeper into this quarantine.

I watched The Gentleman the other night.
I really enjoyed it. Guy Ritchie movies are always a bit different but usually fun to watch.

Tombstone and Jeremiah Johnson have to be the most quotable movies. I nominate The Outlaw Josey Wales as king of that hill. It's chock full of memorable quotes.

Been binge watching the Rocky/Creed movies from first to last. Everybody makes fun of Stallone, but that first Rocky movie was pure gold.

We just watched 1917 and I wanted so much to like it but thought it stunk. I have the utmost respect for veterans of any era and love movies honoring their sacrifice but, outside of some intense scenes, this moving was a total dud IMO.
Biden's most truthful quote ever came during his first press conference, 03/25/21. Drum roll please...... "I don't know, to be clear." and THAT is one promise he's kept!!!

Homeland on Amazon. Great series.
I'd rather die in a BAD gunfight than a GOOD nursing home.

If you want to go old school, I'd say Sgt. York, Friendly Persuasion or Old Yeller. For old school Westerns, I'd say Outlaw Jose Wales, The Magnificent Seven and True Grit. For fun twists, it would have to be a Quentin Tarantino-fest with Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction and Hateful 8. For crime flicks, it's Heat, Goodfellas or The Untouchables. For special effects, it would be Transformers, Iron Man and The Avengers. For funny it would be Brides Maids, The Heat, Step Brothers, Talladega Nights, Get Hard, Night School, Central Intelligence and We're the Millers. Tom Hanks is kind of a category of his own so it would be Saving Private Ryan, Forrest Gump and Castaway. And last but not least, the Star Wars collection!

New or nearly new...Joker. Overlord is surprisingly good in a B movie sort of way. Midway.
Newish...No Country for Old Men, Hell or High Water.

Too close to reality for around here. Kinda like watching Texasville. Plays like a documentary.
