Still waiting on toys from down under. I did get a forearm fattener. That’s all the excitement I’ve got so far.

Seem to recall Alaska Lanche put his Whittaker 8- twist .22 /250 into his CTR stock but don't recall there were any difficulties.

Hope he weighs in on this thread.

ETA: only swapping parts I've done on my sawed off /250 and the .260 CTR has been the bolts. That black bolt & knob seen below look great in that skinny mini SS zapper. No pic available at moment.

Looking good. I still wish there was an aftermarket, flush fit magazine for the CTR. I don't need 10 rds a pop when out hunting.

If was complelety flush I’d do one on my ‘06.

That’s if this schit actually works.

Good luck with it 16bore. I like the looks of your rifle. The CTR is very comfortable shooting off the bench and prone with bi-pod. I was shooting mine yesterday, in fact. That stock has great ergo's if you plan on using it off the bench a lot. I'm not really sure how it would work for hunting. I'm pretty happy with the T3X superlite factory stock, myself... Since you are buying parts, you might want to consider a stainless steel recoil lug as well. [Linked Image from i.imgur.com]

I was starting to have issues with the factory steel lug, so I swapped mine out with a stainless one, like I've done to my other Tikka's. Glass bedded it and tested it yesterday. Rifle shoots right where I'm looking now...:

That’s horrible.....

Not sure I’ll need to mess with the lug on the 223. Maybe the ‘06 though. Reckon if I gotta get one, I’ll get two.

Anyone know if a CTR barreled action will fit in a T3X Varmint stock and bottom metal?

It would, you’d just need the retainer clip for the plastic mags to work. The varmint barrel is larger than the CTR, so the barrel channel would be a little oversized.

You CLUELESS Window Licking Fhuqks are a hoot! Hint. Congratulations?!?

What takes me 5 minutes, stumps you Stupid Fhuqks. Hint.

Laughing!

[Linked Image from imagizer.imageshack.com]

What's an "MTD"? You Fhuqktards NEVER disappoint! Hint.

Laughing!

[Linked Image from imagizer.imageshack.com]

Might as well use a "level" too,if only to try to align your crossed-eyes. Hint. LAUGHING!

Not that I don't enjoy The Paper Hat Brigade doing their best, from their couchbound kchunts. hint.

Laughing!

[Linked Image from imagizer.imageshack.com]

Bless your hearts for doing your best, with what incredibly fhuqking llittle you "have" to "work" with.

As an aside,Curtis mags suck ass too.

Hint.

LAUGHING!......................

I've never even heard of a L/A AICS mag. Hint. Congratulations?!?

[Linked Image from imagizer.imageshack.com]

Let alone "MTD's". Hint.

[Linked Image from imagizer.imageshack.com]

Not that I don't enjoy your never ending CLUELESS Chronicles and the fixation to focus Fluff, rather than mechanics. Read that again. Now one more time. Hint.

Teeker L/A's are a fhuqking Farce. They don't have the COAL,to connect a dot and nothin' is "Flusherer" and more forgiving of COAL,than a 700 L/A...be it Blind Mag or Floorplate. Hint.

[Linked Image from imagizer.imageshack.com]
[Linked Image from imagizer.imageshack.com]

On a .473" 700 L/A with taper,it's no thang to arrange 5rds flush. Hell...I've seen me do it. Hint.

Bless your heart, for doing your best.

Hint.

MsMyth,

Do tell what "excites" you in regards to same, using your versions of "knowledge","experience" and "results". Hint. Congratulations?!?

Mainly because the attempt, will be funnier than fhuqk. Hint.

Bless your heart.

Never heard of them before. Hint. Congratulations?!?

Colin supplies (2) latches,of differing length,so one can time mag ride height in relation to inlet depth. Everyone should do same,as I'll take a static change there, over a moving DBM adjustment 'latch shelf. Hint.

Was waiting for someone to "tell" me "more" about DBM's and MsMyth hasn't the faculties. What were the "odds"?!? Hint.

Bless your hearts.

Hey, look at all of those people minding their own business and having a good time. I think I'll go ruin it for them.

Pardon Facts and Physics, upsetting you so. Hint. Congratulations?!?

Fortunately,Imagination and Pretend are free,so you can "afford" to "contribute"...you "lucky" kchunt. Hint. Laughing!

Some folks simply shoot, but you "get" to Google and Whine. Not that the "exciting" "Adventures" from your Couchbound Kchunt and Clueless version(s) of "knowledge","experience" and "results" ain't fhuqking HILARIOUS. Hint.

Laughing!

Bless your heart for trying though.
