bought a tang for a build. guaranteed delivery today.
went from AR. to anchorage Alaska
now coming back down to Idaho.
couple weeks or so ago had a barrel circle within 50 miles of me for 2 weeks! finally got my local rural route delivery man to find it and grab it, otherwise it would still be orbiting.
dang it I needed that tang to finish another 54.
must be something about blackpowder items the usps grimlins don't like
maybe tomorrow. not!

getting cabin fever. taking care of my sick Dazy dog all winter and this corvid19 bs. has me ready to go walkabout. guess I could go up in the gunroom and cast a couple hundred pounds of balls and bullets! I just get frustrated when the mail says its here or will be and it turns out to be in outer Mongolia! and to top it off it snowed 4 inches last night , still coming down like it means it. easter bunny will freeze his ass off if it keeps on like this

Must be the USPS policy on BP guns. The absolutely mangled the stock on my Mountain Rifle. So bad they twisted the iron buttplate. I couldn't straighten it with an anvil and hand sledge !!! Had to buy a new buttplate to put on the repaired stock.

finally got the parts todays mail. finished up with a few adjustments, love that plastic faced hammer!  shot 3 prb's 3 inch 3 shot at fifty off hand. didn't get to try anything but 90g ffg. will play with the load and see what shakes out .
