Very nice; just what the doctor ordered. Your lovely wife is radiant as ever! Looks like the boys had a good day too. Soundtrack isn't bad either. wink

All females actually, my friend. As such I remain outnumbered. Sentiment appreciated all the same. Perhaps when this thing has abated you'll grace our doorstep some day not too far off. As I've told you before, our door is wide open for you. Bring 'shine, though...

Whew...I thought it said “Jersey Shore” thinking I would see trashed girls puking on the boardwalk with Italian dudes showing off their swoll arms trying to take these ho’s home.

Nice surprise finding good eats, cool dogs and a pretty lady...

Nicely done, KG

Our girls were never raised to be aggressive and I've never encouraged them to be overtly such, though I admit that when strangers approach the house, be it the Amazon guy or an unsolicited offer to cut down a tree I egg them on a bit, asking them who the 'bad man' is. They can be a bit excitable when strangers approach the mothership uninvited...

As the girls age a bit I've noticed their getting more and more protective of mommy. This afternoon, after playing with the fam' on the Great Marsh, Plum Island and some happy-happy-funtime swimming in the Merrimack river mouth, on our way back to the vehicle, when a trio of fellows appeared headed towards us, the girls all of a sudden rushed to get in front of mommy, hackles raised with deep growls emanating from within their barrel chests. Neither of them were bluffing. They shifted their bodies so as to keep their beloved mommy between and behind them until the 'threat' had passed. One of the dudes looked particularly concerned, and as their crew snuck past us he asked, 'dayum, they ain't gonna' attack us or nuttin' is they?' I responded with, 'nah, not unless you boys give me a reason to turn 'em loose...'

Keep an eye out for signs and symptoms of estrogen toxicity! It's more worser than the 'Rona thing.

kamo,
Thanks for posting these. Always love seeing your pics.
Used to have a good friend (fellow decoy carver) who lived (s) on Plum Island. Haven’t seen or talked to him in years, but your posts and pictures always remind me of him and my days fishing Joppa and chasing birds.

AKW Thanks, much appreciated. You talking about the Walkers out of Newbury by any chance?

That you refer to Joppa warms my heart. The 'pink supermoon' pics I hung up above were taken over Joppa just a few hours ago, and I know the Walkers and many of the old school local NS bird slayers well...

Wow, fantastic pics! I believe I have been in one of those sculls before (or one nearly identical). H. Garvey was the friend I referred to; I think I met the gentleman in the pics above a time or two through him.

Rarely make it back anymore but I hope to this fall; this situation notwithstanding. Will absolutely look you up if I do get back. And I need to give old Hank a call as well :-)
Thanks for the above video. Brings back so many great memories of the flats!!!!

Right on you old Masshole ya... wink

Hit me up if you do end up headed east. I'll take care of ya kid. Especially with all the haters these days, the old school New Englanders gotta' stick together. Even if they now live in Alaska... wink

Over the years i have seen many pictures and stories posted by Kamo Gari and have enjoyed them all. Interesting things like ‘sneak boats’ and food i will never try.
I have noticed in all the pictures which include his lovely wife—she is always smiling. I think that says something about a man.
Thank You Lieghton
