What puzzled me most about that documentary was...
"We had nothing to convict Carol Baskins because she is on record threatening to kill her husband days before he comes up missing. That was protected by free speech."
So then the primary steerage of the jury toward a guilty verdict for Joe Exotic was Carol testifying and showing YT videos of him threatening to kill her.

Go view the series "Tiger King" - this story just keeps getting stranger and stranger with time!
