On Monday call the state parole and that counties probation.Talk to the respective agent
Chances are he's on supervision. Possession of powder ammo reloading equipment guns is a violation
They need no warrant to walk in ,simple a phone tip
Even if his current scam is not one of the above, chances are he has those items

Interesting, same person tried to set up a trade with me for an item I had on armslist.
What were you attempting to purchase from him? It was a trade with additional cash on my end. He was trading a Ruger Hawkeye stainless limited 7mm-08. I sent him the cash (postal money order). He received the funds then would not respond to texts or calls for weeks. Luckily I did not send my rifle too or I would have lost it as well. The only reason I trusted him is that he seemed knowledgeable about Rugers and did not raise any of the red flags of a scammer. He posts items for sale in NY, VT and CT on Armslist.

I had a conversation with this guy via Mewe and Facebook. He back peddled when I mentioned meeting him instead of doing things by the mail. He is about 2.5hrs from me, seemed fishy, glad I didn't send him anything. Sorry or your bad luck, I'll send him a message.
