I have one off a ruger African 375 ruger .Its super nice it will not work on my mark II 77 stainless 264 win mag .I will take $150 shipped it's brand new

There’s no reason why the stock won’t work all long actions will bolt up to mkii and Hawkeye stocks, been pulling wood stocks off and putting skeleton stocks on Hawkeyes for some time now.

Huh ? The Hawkeye and MKII is supposed to share stocks. I would assume the barrel of the 264 would be hella floated lol

I thought they inchanged also but there is a slight difference they fit the action and barrel but the magazine won't latch .Its just a slight different .The mark II has screws holding the stock to the action .The Hawkeye has hexhead bolts .

No man you gotta wiggle it a little so everything lines up I know what your talking about I’ve swapped hundreds of m77 stocks you gotta take a little time and line everything up. Floor plates are known to set off to the side maybe holding it strait while you snug up the first screw. FYI I end up with the flat head screws and replace them with allen head screws from hardware store, easy to torque and you don’t strip any.
TRUST me your gun ruger 77 mkii and Hawkeye are all interchangeable. [bleep] I took a spring from a ballpoint pen and in stalled it in my Hawkeye trigger. It’s all stupid easy if you put a little thought into it
