Watched an episode of moonshiners and they were making different kinds of shine by adding a all sorts of different stuff,had me wonder if they ever tried adding maple syrup.
I've had beams maple bourbon and it's good to the end.

Does is get sugared up in the fridge like honey? No it doesn't. If it was boiled beyond the grade of syrup then yes it could. In years past when syrup was made without the grading we have today it would sugar up in time. So like honey it could be reheated and it will return to original.
