I once was tougher then I was smart too, I just got lucky and didn't almost kill myself, several times over....although mine dumb moves never involved a cell phone..
Laws aren't preventative measures. In other words, more laws won't prevent gun crime from happening.

I hope they play that video when they are standing in front of the judge. Typical barrio trash. Talking tough and thinking they are all that. I see some jail time for all involved. Not once did you hear a passenger tell her to stop or let them out because they want no part of it. They were all willing participants.
