Hey All...Obama is signaling a talking point he wants the dumbocrats and fake news to spread....he is worried about "the rule of law" since DOJ dropped charges re Michael Flynn...
He says there is "no precedent for dropping charges against someone charged with perjury"...Flynn WAS NOT charged with perjury...Flynn was not under oath when he was the subject of that infamous FBI interview....Flynn was charged with "making a false statement"...he pled guilty after being threatened with all kinds of HELL...as is being reported....

Interesting how a guy who repeatedly claimed to be a "constitutional law professor" doesn't seem to know the difference between "perjury" and "making a false statement."

Also interesting that he doesn't seem to remember that, not that long ago, his own DOJ, under Eric Holder, asked that all charges be dismissed against Ted Stevens (despite a jury having found Stevens guilty on seven felony counts), because of another blatant case of prosecutorial misconduct (with Emmet Sullivan also as presiding judge). No precedent?

As for actual "perjury," though, whatever happened to Bill Clinton in that regard. I mean, sure, he was impeached, and the Senate refused to remove him from office, but what about incontrovertibly lying under oath? Were those charges never officially brought, or were they dropped? No precedent?

He was claimed to be a lot of things before and during his terms. I never saw any proof of anything pertinent to being commander and chief. He was "finally an articulate black man who speaks well" nothing more. He was a dupe for the left who never missed a chance to get back at whitey and whiteys pocket book. "Now republicans can ride in the back of the bus"
He doesnt sweat, sweat requires work. Any untoward history will soon be re written, its what the left does best.

Amen......... Republican = guilty as charged.............. Democrat = discredited right wing smear tactics, and unproven rumors, false accusations, innocent until proven guilty, we need due process, and a host of other excuses.

Only the people can stop him. The democrat anti-American/socialist/communist policies, rules, regulations, and taxes will destroy America forever if we do not vote the democrats out of power in the 2020 election. They should be removed from office and off all the ballots for they offer nothing for America or the people to help make the country better.

That may be closer to the truth than you think. Assuming that the impossible just might happen and Obama is charged with crimes and they're proven to be true, then being found guilty is sentenced to prison for life or possibly even the death penalty, just what do you think will happen next? Potentially the worst nationwide race riots you could imagine. That's what I think makes that S.O.B. untouchable.
