I have NEVER heard of such a thing once the prosecution (in this case the D.O.J.!) has requested dismissal of charges - this is just more "deep state" obstructionism and delay of justice by another demonrat judge.
This is simply stunningly flagrant abuse of judicial power with a political agenda.
Sad and sorry state of affairs.

The US Supreme Court bitch slapped the ninth circuit this week for inviting amicus briefs instead of deciding the case based on the parties’ briefs. Unanimous Supreme Court I believe.
