As of 12:01 am Saturday, most of Utah will revert to "Low Level Risk" for the Chinese flu. With the exception of half a dozen areas (mostly in and near Salt Lake City itself) businesses can re-open with common sense restrictions. People are still encouraged to take the yada yada steps, but we seem to be the first state to start recovery.

We reopened a bit ago. Today, I took my wife and son out for Mexican food after our volunteer work at the food bank. They had a sign on the door listing customer capacity then divided by two as their current capacity. It filled up fast and the vibe in town in great.
Conduct is the best proof of character.

Well good on you, but i suppose that’ll be the end of record retail sales at the farm for us (we’re about 40 minutes north of the border). Lots of folks were coming out just to get out of the house to a safe place and get some good food.
The combination of folks looking for something to do and having money to spend was good while it lasted.
