If you're talking about the foreign film titled T-34 I agree.

That movie was bad ass. Despite the Russian grade CGI.

Don't hate Injins but Imma check this out right now, raining here and kinda cold.

For those recommending something I personally would appreciate if you indicated weather it's on Netflix or Amazon. Saves me a little time searching. Thank you in advance.

I watched some stupid asssss movie yesterday on Amazon with John Travolta and Morgan Freeman. It sucked balls, don't waste your time. Can't recall the title. Also watched Gotti with Travolta last night, wasn't so bad but would not watch it a second time.

OK, I actually did scroll through this whole thread and nobody mentioned " Strike Back" 2 seasons IIRC

High, high body count, gratuitous nudity, lots of violence and outstanding lady officers in charge. Amazon Prime...but its available elsewhere too.

I'm currently enjoying Giri/Haji (Duty/Shame), a series on Netflix. It's the story of a Japanese policeman whose missing brother was a yakuza gangster. He gets information that his brother may be alive and hiding in London and he goes there to find out. Most of the dialog is in English, there are some scenes in Japanese with subtitles. Very well acted, extremely well written with well developed characters with both virtues and flaws. This is not a stamped out police flick; a lot of thought went into writing it. Very entertaining.

Once you've seen Godfather one and two, it's difficult to watch the rest of the garbage that tries to pass as a movie.

Some of the mini series are good,...Lonesome Dove,...Band of Brothers,..

But the movie producers will slap all kinds of garbage together these days and call it a movie. Probably because no matter how bad it is, they can get revenue from selling it to Netflix. Movies don't have to make money at the box office any longer.

Yeah, the goal of Hollywood is to not make money at the box office and kill it at Netflix.....

Netflix strategy relies on sophisticated preference analysis to drive content themes and plots.

What are the odds a tsunami of shït content erupts from post pandemic Hollywood? I’m thinking they’re pretty high.

When's the last time you took your wife to a movie?
