I had a 1970 CT-90. Paid right around $400 for it at J.H. Cummings Honda in Newport, NH. $4,000 for the same, more or less, bike fifty years later seems a bit much, but fifty years is fifty years. Ouch 4k is a pretty steep price. I had a ct70 as a kid and it was the BOMB compared to our minibikes. Loved it.
Quit giving in inch by inch then looking back to lament the mile behind ya and wonder how to preserve those few feet left in front of ya. They'll never stop until they're stopped. That's a fact.

Had a step through 90 Honda Trail years ago and should have never sold it. Flawless.
Modified the racks, Added a smaller primary sprocket and a larger rear sprocket and if you could hold on, it’d climb it.

One of the only Trail 90/110 drawbacks is the very narrow rear tire when you get into the really soft stuff. Lots of penetration such that you need to get off and push on the bars some. It is light enough to do that or grab the rack and hoist it over out of the rut. It won't stall though unlike a more conventional dirt bike with a clutch. With those you turn up the throttle, push and throw mud all over behind you. Not an environmentally friendly machine.
My other auto is a .45
